Shipping Policy

At JoshRussellStore.com, we use various vendors to fulfill and ship our orders.

Our vendors offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Standard Shipping:

  • Usually delivered within 5-10 business days

  • May take up to 20 business days in some cases

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. Printful does not guarantee delivery times and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other unforeseen circumstances.

All orders are shipped with tracking information, which will be provided to you once your order has been shipped. You can track your order on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for orders within the United States are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options to other countries in the future.

Order Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and fulfilled by the designated vendor within 2-7 business days. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately, and you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy
